For Ebooks, I accept PAYPAL ONLY. This is because the system is automated to send you an email with the link to download the Ebook instantly after payment. Needless to say, if there is a problem downloading, there is a link in the email to contact me.
Where are the items shipped from?
All items are shipped either from Malaysia or Singapore, according to availability of the item.
All items are checked thoroughly by professionals for any defects, and currently the rate of returns is less than 2%.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
No, I do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the item is damaged on arrival. Buyer must contact me within 48 hours of camera delivery with pictures of damage. I will then assess & confirm the damage and email you with the shipping address. Item must be shipped out within 3 days of email to qualify for an exchange or refund.
No refunds for change of mind or if you decide that you don't like the color.
What shipping methods do you use?
All items are shipped out using Fedex or EMS at the discretion of the supplier. All shipments are trackable online, and you will be emailed a tracking number when the item is shipped out.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery times vary from country to country. At the most, shipping will take 10 business days to your location. This time does not include payment confirmation or order processing times.
